Over the past year, Melanie has demonstrated growth in her custodial role at VGS. Initially, Melanie faced challenges with accepting direction, she has made significant progress and has become more adaptable in her day-to-day work. Melanie takes pride in maintaining the area she is responsible for, consistently paying attention to detail and a strong work ethic. She is the first to step in when one of her peers is absent, to guarantee everything runs smoothly. Her commitment and dependability have made her an essential member of the second shift team.
