Lasonya

Since joining VGS over seven years ago, Lasonya has developed into a confident and capable leader. Her consistent drive to learn new skills and her respectful, patient approach to helping her co-workers has led to her becoming one of two workshop leaders on her team. Lasonya is recognized by both VGS staff and her colleagues for her kindness and positive energy. With the support and guidance of her DSP, Mervis, Lasonya has grown comfortable stepping into leadership roles and continues to set an example for others through her actions and attitude.
