VGS is excited to announce Sebastien Glinzler as the Chair of our Board of Directors. Sebastien has been a dedicated member of the VGS Board since 2020 and has stood out as an exceptional leader and advocate. As Chair, Sebastien will guide the implementation of our 2025-28 strategic plan and continue to foster initiatives that promote inclusion, empowerment, and innovation for individuals with disabilities.

Sebastien is Vice President at J.P. Morgan Private Bank where he specializes in wealth management, estate planning and succession, investment strategy and gifting strategies for high-net-worth clients. Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Sebastien came to the United States to play tennis at the collegiate level. He currently resides in Shaker Heights with his four children.
